Swimwear and a towel. Goggles and swim caps are to your discretion but we highly recommend them. If you need to purchase any swimwear or equipment for your lessons then head to our shop, theSwimmingShop, for great prices and top brands.

At this time we offer two levels, Beginner: Be Water Confident and Improver: Be a Swimmer. These stages are in line with the Swim England: Adult Learn to Swim Awards framework. To read more about our levels and the criteria covered click here.

For our adult group lessons we teach anyone from age 18 at any swimming ability, if you are looking for lessons for children then we offer 1-2-1 lessons from age 2, or our partners at HydroKidz teach small group lessons from the age of 3-12 years.

For the sake of safeguarding, we have chosen not to offer trial lessons. As we work from schools we like to ensure that we are doing the most for the safety of those attending the school, and for those attending our lessons.

You can pay us over the phone, or via our website using a secure payment system. Payment needs to be taken in full before the first lesson.

Unfortunately not. Lessons run weekly to a set timetable. If you miss a lesson, there’s no refund available. Take a look at term dates for your venue here: Reading Blue Coat School, Reddam House Berkshire

Unfortunately due to our pools being private and on school property, we have no free swimming available outside of your lesson time. We do, however, encourage practising at your local pool outside of your lesson times to get the best results.

As a company, we have been working in swimming teaching for over 20 years and as such, we have got lots of experience and understanding as to what makes a good instructor. We have a rigorous recruitment process and assess every instructor we employ to ensure that our teachers are the best.
