We are firm believers that it is never too late to learn to swim and have years of experience in helping adults and children to reach their goals; from hydrophobic beginners overcoming their fears, to national standard competition swimmers and triathletes.
Adult Group Lessons
We offer weekly 30-minute small group lessons for adults of all abilities, from 18 years up.
Whether you’re new to swimming or looking to develop your technique, you can work towards your goals in a group environment of like-minded individuals. With the support of our passionate and highly qualified teachers ready to support and guide you on your swimming journey.
Swimming is good for health and fitness, it is a low impact sport and life skill which we believe should be accessible for anyone to enjoy. We look forward to sharing our passion for swimming with those that are ready to learn!
At selected venues we also offer female only lessons, with female instructors.
We also offer a live timetable for you to view, this gives you access to all of our scheduled lesson dates, and the ability to check our lesson schedule during the holidays.
